Heartland Harvest Church Distributes Supplies with Convoy of Hope

SIKESTON, Mo. (KFVS) - A nonprofit organization and a church are joining forces to distribute aid materials to tornado survivors in Sikeston, Missouri.

Leaders from Heartland Harvest Church stated that Convoy of Hope delivered pallets containing water and tarps for those affected by the tornado on Friday.

Two fatalities have been reported in Scott County, Missouri, following storms, with potential tornado involvement.

Pastor Todd Crumley from Heartland Harvest Church states, "Our church community has faced significant challenges. We have lost one of our members. Our aim is to support as many people as possible."

The clergy mentioned that volunteers will distribute supplies at the church on Monday, beginning at 8 a.m.

Pastor Crumley emphasizes that the assistance goes beyond merely clearing debris, stating, "While the storm has passed, the pain and consequences remain. We aim to support our community as much as possible during this time."
